Wheat data tables contains a variety of data series summary statistics on the five classes of wheat:
Hard Red Winter, Hard Red Spring, Soft Red Winter, White, and Durum and rye. 
This product includes data related to the monthly Wheat Outlook and monthly updates to the Wheat Outlook tables. 
Data are monthly, quarterly, and/or annually, depending upon the data series.
Most data are shown as marketing years, others as calendar year or fiscal year. 

- Variable names are contained in the first row, but not all are in each file:
	Marketing_Year..................(June-May marketing year of observation)
	Calendar_Year...................(January-December calendar year of observation)
	Fiscal_Year.....................(October-September fiscal year of observation)
	Timeperiod_Desc.................(Time period of observation)
	Commodity_Desc..................(Commodity: Wheat, Rye, etc.)
	Commodity_Desc2.................(Wheat class of observation)
	Attribute_Desc..................(Data type: Production, Exports, Supply...)
	Attribute_Desc2.................(Longer data type description)
	Geography_Desc..................(Geographical Description: United States, World, etc.)
	Amount..........................(Data value)
	Unit_Desc.......................(Measurement unit)

- General annotations:
	MY..............................(Marketing year)
	Q...............................(Quarter)
	f.o.b...........................(Free-on-board)
	c.i.f...........................(Cost, insurance, and freight)

- The .csv data is split into 15 files with one data point per row. 


- These data can be found in the Wheat Data-All Years and Wheat Data-Recent .xslx files, 
	which also include more detailed explanations of methodology in the footnotes.
